What our clients say
My first time applying to OT, I had no idea what to expect from their interview and I was therefore caught off guard when I first completed it. The questions were tricky, and I didn’t know how to fill the time with my answers. The second time around, I decided that I needed to strengthen my skills for my interview, so a friend suggested I contacted Gordon; she had used Blue Dolphin Training and Coaching for both her CASPer® Test and interview and highly recommended Gordon. I was so happy that I did reach out to Gordon as he was a fantastic coach. He helped me learn how to structure answers which I felt was what I was missing in my first interview. He also taught me how to share my answers with confidence, another key feature as I didn’t feel confident in my first interview. The questions we practiced were tailored to the specific schools I would be interviewing at (in addition to OT, I also interviewed for PT during my second application cycle). Additionally, Gordon was friendly and never made me feel embarrassed or incompetent when sharing what I needed to work on improving to be successful. I am so thankful to have had his help; I received three out of four school acceptances. I would highly, without a doubt, recommend him to anybody who has an interview coming up!
